Fun Facts - In the Middle Ages and Renaissance, it was commonly described as an extremely wild woodland creature, a symbol of purity and grace. Celtic symbol  (Torso) - The Celtic symbol made up of three conjoined spirals in rotational symmetry is called Triskelion and means “three legs".  This Triple Spiral represents the family as mother-father-child, eternity as life-death-rebirth and past-present-future.  It is also believed to represent the three Celtic worlds: the spiritual world, the present world and the celestial world.
